Answer: Yes

From about 123-125 Kg to 105 kg and counting.

Jarrod is my trainer, Ken is the Boss. If you are a potential slacker like me, Ken is also in charge of rejecting most excuses you might come up with for skipping a session. This has been a major factor in me staying on track despite life’s up and downs. I had to have a hernia operation to get out of going and that excuse was only good for so long.
