Here are three ways to use Outlook Contacts in Word
In a Mail Merge to generate a batch of letters or labels – see full article at Microsoft.
Right click on the business card for the Contact in Outlook – Select Copy
Paste in Word – to get Name, Address, Phone numbers and email addresses into Word
In Word, click on the Mailings Tab, Select Envelopes (or labels)
Envelopes and Labels Dialog appears
Click the Address Book button to get access to your Outlook Contacts.
Once you select a Contact it will add the address details.
