Using Outlook Contacts In Word

Here are three ways to use Outlook Contacts in Word

Method One

In a Mail Merge to generate a batch of letters or labels – see full article at Microsoft.

Method Two

Right click on the business card for the Contact ┬áin Outlook – Select Copy

Paste in Word – to get Name, Address, Phone numbers and email addresses into Word

Method Three

In Word, click on the Mailings Tab, Select Envelopes (or labels)

Click the Address Book button to get access to your Outlook Contacts.

Step Three - Select the Address Book
Step Three - Select the Address Book

Once you select a Contact it will add the address details.
