Adobe Activation Issue “Resolved” or how I discovered the Adobe Frustration Limit Algorithm (AFLA)

My Adobe Activation problem has solved itself. I share this solution with you now:

When you go to read a pdf, the activation wizard will display and advise that it can’t activate. You will be frustrated because you just want the Acrobat Reader. In frustration, click the Try Again button for the umpteenth time and go and open the Acrobat Reader to read the document you needed to read.

As near as I can figure, while you are reading the pdf, the Activation wizard will determine if you are reaching the Frustration Limit using the Adobe Frustration Limit Algorithm . When you are exactly about ready to un-install and ask for your money back, it will activate.

  1. Following on from your success, i’ve just attempted to activate again, and it has now successfully activated.

Looks like it was an issue at their end which they have silently resolved..
